一個condo下水道阻塞造成車庫損失，維修需要1.2萬

HOA master Insurance會cover 2千，剩下的一萬我自己的CO-6應該會cover。 因為損失的不隻是我的單元，HOA肯定會file master Insurance claim. 

我是否該file 這1萬？

大夥不是說一旦file， 會影響以後所有房子的保費嗎？
