sublease requests, 請教你們有這樣的經驗嗎？求建議

剛把一個town home廣告發出去1天， 就收到3個類似的requests：Your property is beautiful. I want check if you Sublease this property. We provide lovely, spotless accommodations for business travelers and vacationing families. We put these rental homes on various websites. Any vacant property you have can be rented out to qualified tenants by my client for short term . Each visitor is screened, and the space will be properly cleaned several times every month. You wouldn't have to be concerned about rental turnover as we'll stay for however long it takes for everything to work out for the two of us, and you will be paid your rent each month.We have our own insurance. 

這個town home 剛買的， 2009年建， 就在大學校園邊上，但是這個季節學生找房的不多，所以想看看這個option。 請分享一下你們的經驗， 或建議及注意事項。 謝謝
