請教租客是軍人,要early terminate lease, 能按照lease

收取early termination fee 嗎？

租約是一年，租客在4個月前搬進來，簽的租約上明確寫明，early termination needs to pay 2 month of rent. 租客突然要被派到國外（韓國), 這種情況請問各位地主遇到過嗎？
