關於夏天電費

如果是新房子，有安裝spray foam insulation ，電費要便宜不少

這個spray form，建築商不會主動提出，是另外加錢的，有懂建築的屋主可以要求

關於水邊房子保險，今年保險確實漲了，但新房子本身保險不貴，就算漲了，也能接受.....不像有的老房子漲幅大....,不過，要多買一個flood 保險
