屋簷下木頭油漆：請教怎麽做最快

自己家的，沒有注意，這段要鋸掉換塊木頭了。其他地方，想盡快把鬆的油漆刮下來，買了一個套在電鑽前麵的鋼絲刷，發現不太好用。請教各位高手，有什麽工具可以用的？現在的速度領導很不以為然，說做到明年都玄。

我有個dewalt Oscillating Multi Tool， 看到有賣sanding pad，那個可以用嗎？好像太精細了吧？
