請教Treasury 昨天買的近20年的bond, 不同我想像的。Bond 不是每年2次利息，到時如數返還存款嗎？

可這個bond有點如 bill, 買一萬並沒有取走一萬。這是這麽回事？買20年的bond也是如此操作嗎？
