各位網友，我的出租房放在網上兩個月了仍租不出去。真著急， 請大家幫忙給建議，非常感謝。

這是遠程出租，房子在LastVegas。 房子是2005年的，新的洗衣機，烘幹機，新刷的牆，新洗的地毯，狀態挺好的。以前很好出租。現在PM已經把房價降到同等水平中最低的了，仍沒租出去，心裏很著急。請網友們給點建議吧，我該怎麽辦，非常感謝。
