昨天走路時聽一個大咖演講，主要核心是選擇比努力更重要

我非常讚同，我家那位幾乎不選擇，走到哪兒算哪兒，希望被開了再找下家，

可是他勤勤懇懇工作，不計報酬，與人無害，與事有利，這地方又是窮鄉僻壤，

誰會來呀，老板舍不得開，在哪兒也找不到這麽物美價廉的人呢，他就這麽混著。

這兒也就罷了連個銀行也不肯換，我們原來呆的小城（4萬人）用了一個local 銀行，離開十幾年不肯關了，

我說關了至少在本地開個銀行，他不幹，嫌麻煩，你說氣人不？這點小事也不肯拐彎。

別人總問我為什麽他還不離開這裏，我說不知道，你問他。
