前兩天看到有人問保險換房頂的事情，請問對於更換屋頂的deductible, roofer和realtor誰對？

一個房子，屋頂需要換，賣家同意走保險給換，但需要買家付deductible. 買家找了另外的roofer, roofer會聯係保險，不需要買家付deductible, 雙方的realtor說不行，這是fraud. roofer和realtor誰對
