好像有人用我的房子在CRAIGLIST上登虛假廣告。房租是我LIST的1/2

今天有兩個莫名其妙的人來看房子。正好我的contractor在幹活。跟我匯報了以下情況。

問題

1）我該咋辦呀

2）他登了虛假廣告，對他有啥好處呀？
