現在是不是好時候把短期國債轉成長期的了？

國債利率上漲，從年底開始買的短期國債收益還是不錯的。很多人說利率繼續上漲的機率不會很大。

現今現金買出租房，租金回報率已經不比短期國債高，麻煩也多。60歲以上人群，是不是應該將短期國債慢慢轉成長期的？

如果轉，是不是不應該在Treasury Direct 上買？在Broker 處買是不是賣起來方便些？
