換insulation是大件，沒有必要做，其他工作也不過一千吧

inspection 說補holes under sinks, builders gap in garage, 牆上weep hole，attic 換insulation,

holes under sinks, $50

builders gap in garage,  "gap under garage door?"  $100

牆上weep hole，Weeping hole is needed for water to drain out.  Cannot be filled.
