lease上的房東地址

"The landlord must provide tenants with their contact information such as a mailing address and physical location. That way, tenants can contact the landlord to pay rent or if they have problems with their rental unit. If the landlord fails to provide any contact information, it may be an offence under the Residential Tenancies Act."

請問這是說PO box不夠、還得提供房東的住址嗎？contact information留郵箱和電話足夠了吧，但physical location是什麽概念？ 多謝大家。
