我最近修理房子準備出租，發現furnace要換

有個買來的foreclosure的房子一直是想起來就幹點，其他事忙起來就放一放，斷斷續續的幹了好長時間，現在就差熱氣了，上次測試爐子有問題，問了一下買一個新的14萬btu的爐子要3千多，後來我的工人說我的另一個租客給人幹活拆下來兩個8萬btu的好爐子，最多問我收幾百，我準備用兩個爐子頂一個爐子，我認為理論上應該不是問題，不就是提供熱水嗎，兩個爐子同時燒熱水，應該不會有問題，搞得好還會起到fault tolerance的作用，因為兩個同時壞的可能性比較底。我猜想1千以內差不多就能搞定。
