說是back porch and garage的所有outlets都不工作了，除了檢查breaker box, 還查什麽

之前是工作的，說這兩天下了大雨後，就不工作了。房子離我自己住的地方五分鍾，除了下雨，我自己沒感覺有什麽

她說檢查了breaker box, do the best to troubleshoot to the best of their ability

然後又說下雨把她鋪的mulch都衝跑了，造成了major damage, 讓我裝gutter
