但是，有標準表格不等於不理解。有標準表格是指你簽了以後，有什麽問題，基本上都會在標準表格裏麵查到答案。比如房客死了怎麽辦，去查一下 “heir" ，就會看到”The Lease shall be binding upon and for the benefit of the heirs, personal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns of Landlord and Tenant, subject to the requirements specifically mentioned in the Lease. “ 

但是還是要會讀英文的。
