關於蚊子腿上的肉，要大腿還是小腿肉？

現在T-Bill 半年的利息有5點多，利息又不用交聯邦稅，為什麽還有人買一年4點多、5點的CD呢，或者這麽說吧，銀行的CD怎麽還賣得出去呢？有一年的閑錢可以半年到期的T-Bill 再續半年不是更合算嗎？有懂行的說說看。
