The story I heard is sometimes the authorization is not granded due to the wrong code or some other reasons , it will take some time to solve. In that case , what can patient do ？ For some situation , timely treatment is critical......
2. Is MA HMO plan local ? can your PCP refer you to out-network or out state specialist ?
