medicare A/B/C 都沒有封頂的保護，你需要另外買medigap。

Medicare C 就是私人公司施行的Medicare A/B。覆蓋上和A/B一樣，隻付80%，沒有封頂。

如果你考慮要模擬雇主醫保的out of pocket maximum, 你需要買medigap Medicare Supplement Plan.  有了那個覆蓋，你看病花到一定程度就不用再付了。
