我給一個租客漲了二百的租金，他不同意還和我唧唧歪歪，我上午上門貼了以下的通知，晚上就收到錢了

Since we can not reach an agreement, we decided to end our lease starting from Oct. You have 30 days to move out. I am sorry that I have to do this. Everything has gone up so high that I can not justify what you are willing to pay. I wish you a good luck. I hope you understand.
