請教地下室水管生鏽問題（ 附圖）

房子是1999年的， 租客發來照片， 說是地下室水管有鏽， 倒是沒有讓我換或修， 隻是告訴我一聲的意思。 我不懂，這裏行家很多，想在這裏請教一下， 這個水管需要找人換或修嗎？有潛在漏水風險嗎？多謝了！
