請問，在美國的財產怎樣轉到中國去？

看大家都是說怎樣把國內的財產轉到美國來。我是想知道，反方向怎麽操作，我在美國的財產以後如果要給國內的父母或其他親屬，怎麽辦最好呢？我是綠卡，也可以入籍，但家人都不是（無綠卡）。我入不入籍會有影響嗎？
