請問如何處理冰箱的損壞，和扣押金的問題

租客搬走後，發現冰箱的drawer被砸壞了。這個可以買到whirlpool配件麽？冰箱的freezer 門把手也給搞斷了，不知怎麽修。新的租客發現的；當時finalwalk沒有發現， 所以前租客否認這是她們搞壞的。還可以在退前租客押金時扣押金麽，扣多少？（感覺可能要買個冰箱了？）
