請教一個CD問題

我在vanguard網站上買了5000刀5個月CD，利率5.1%。 前幾天到期錢回到交易賬戶，可利息收入才$12.58！我買的是Brockline Bank的CD。 請問是有什麽手續費我不知道的嗎？
