房市與股市

股市：定投大盤指數，是最佳的，回報率最好的懶人投資方式，也是資金小，聚少成多的最佳投資方式， 適合與大多數人的投資途徑。

房市：具有一定資金，投資額起步要比股市高。但比股市穩健的投資方式，有更多的稅務優惠。 更適合吃苦耐勞的投資者。

各有長短，無需比高低。 隻是哪種投資更適合自己而已。

經曆了股市的2008，2022， 也經曆了房市的2008/9，目前我家資產大概各一半
