Tenant has bankcrutcy experience due to medical bills.

The co-signer is a lawyer, who doesn't has bankcrutcy experience, but the cousin is a bankcrutcy attonery. I asked why his cousin want to move to rent our property, he said his cousin has stayed in current property for six years, he asked the current landlord to the deck, which there is hole and he fell, but the landlord refused. Not sure whether that's a reliable reason.
