1）租戶一個人還是一家？房租多少？

2）low income with bad credit , possibley with medical bill, which is exemptable

3) co-signer is a lawyer

要是有好的選擇，不租。沒有啥其他選擇，勉強同意可以租。但是一定自己檢查CREDIT, ETC.
