準備在Orlando附近買房, realtor 說在Florida 一般用title company 來做closing

準備在Orlando 附近買房, realtor說在Florida一般用title company 而不是房地產律師來做closing, 是這樣嗎? 但我還是prefer律師. 有沒有可推薦的FL律師? 謝謝.
