急問麻省eviction appeal 問題

Housing court issued eviction and money judgement with no stay. Now tenant filed appeal to trial court. Usually how many date can trial court respond to it? Can I still evict her now since there is no notice from the court to stop eviction? Another question is: the execution is valid till November 1st. If eviction cannot be done by then because of appeal, extension etc, do I restart everything again?
