請教一個driveway底下的地被水衝開列 下沉的問題

看了一個房子，準備下單。車庫門邊有一個流雨水的downsprouts,以前可能一直沒有extension, 天長地久就把那裏的地衝了一個洞， 這就在driveway邊上 然後估計driveway底下也有泥土損失， 表現為concrete 有裂掉。請問這種情況會是大問題嗎？ 這房子還能買嗎？感謝大家！
