各位前輩： 看到一個condo/townhouse，agent 提供了簡單的hoa 文件如下。hoa費很少，大概隻用於保險之類？ 以後是否會大漲？請談談看法？  謝謝：

Annual Tasks: annual meeting, filing taxes,
renew insurance, and annual report

HOA EXPENSES:
Secretary of State Annual renewal: $10/year
HOA insurance:
o Property insurance on the common elements, CGL on the common elements, and fidelity insurance
for the board members: $392.92/year
