關鍵是HOA document is not a contingency. 但是，如果因為TITLE company

要求不能過戶，就是另一說了。

HOA document很多是FINANCIALL STANDING, INSURANCE, by law, etc.要是沒有貸款限製，我的理解是對賣家傷害更大些。

因為要是有LAW SUIT,買家沒有contingency，也不能退出，沒有insurance，現金買房，不買保險也可以。。
