新人發個帖子，有個房子“all under slab plumbing was replaced in 2022”,

說明這個房子以前出現的問題嚴重嗎？80年代的房子，會有哪些更多潛在的問題呢？這個房子主要是離老公上班很近，太方便了。打算自住房保留，這個算second home平時住，要不每天commute近2個小時。
