5月新收的41門，把 storage裏的一半改成簡易辦公室，冷氣是個 mini spilt, 門上是 rent drop box, ring doorbell camera, fiber optic internet, Google Wi-Fi thru out the complex, parking area installed 6 ring flood light cameras.

這個會是一個 remote office, 沒有 onsite management.
