Pest control

我一個兩年舊的新房子，第三任租客才搬進來不到20天，說主臥牆和closet牆的夾縫有老鼠，還有螞蟻從廚房旁的vent進來。這是這個房子頭一次有這樣的complaints。上一任租客有幾隻貓，才搬走不到一個月。現租客要求regular pest control。我從來沒有這麽做過。我該怎麽做呢？謝謝你們！
