我應該讓租客走嗎

section8 租客住在我房子2-3 年， 按時交租金（goverment pay for her 100%)，房子衛生還可以

前兩個月把水轉在我名下(we have landlord policy) and I discoutinue the water under my name today.

租客不割草，跟她溝通過好多次，被HOA 罰款$800, which I did not pay yet.

I am hiring some one to mow the lawn

Lease 一月底到期 是給她發60 day Notice or 30 day notice or when the lease expires 

這樣租客能不能留？ 謝謝
