新房客要求deep clean, 因為前房客有貓，怎麽應對？

舊房客搬走時已經打掃了， 基本幹淨， 但肯定是有不完美的地方。所以我沒打算再找人清潔了。

 

新房客說他的老媽（不在lease上）對動物過敏，要求我deep clean。我有這個義務嗎？要多少錢？大概1500 sf.

他媽有啥過敏， 跟我有啥關係？他的意思是貓的毛， 還是味道？

 

我能讓他自己找人deep clean 嗎？我不想付這個錢， 更不想負這個責， 萬一將來他老媽出什麽問題。法律上有什麽說法嗎？
