求建議賣房listing 問題

我們房子已準備好了，理論上這個周末上市open house沒問題的，但listing agent 這周要出門，他讓我們等下個周末，如果一定要這周末open house，他隻能找他同事來代替，然後他再來處理後麵的事情. 如果到下周末上市就搓了10來天了，就怕有的時候10來天的時間市場說不定就slow down變差了. 我該選擇這周上市，還是下周？謝謝
