請教：回國用，United Explorer和CapitalOne Venture 申哪個更好一點？

擼卡菜鳥趁最近的擼卡熱度請教一下，平時出門旅遊少，主要是回國探親用，CapitalOne Venture 給的mileage 高一些但好像不包括large US airlines. 
想請教哪張卡回國用更好，尤其是升商務艙？ 另外如有更好的還請大拿們推薦！謝謝！
