請教我這個油乎乎的車庫地麵怎麽辦？還有這個一小塊廚房台麵破損能補嗎？

不知道租客怎麽用的車庫，地麵到處油乎乎的，而且特均勻，不像停車弄得，用什麽可以處理幹淨？

還有這個廚房台麵，有一小塊破損，用什麽補一下呢？
