這個租客可以麽？

好學區房子，租金$4800，有個黑人女人來申請，在政府部門上班，我在網站上查到的是10萬年收入，告訴我信用分數大概660，還有一個也在政府上班，大概年薪10萬，在一起三年的boyfriend，她還有領養的4個孩子，有一個孩子有自閉，剛領養的嬰兒有點問題還需要nurse，因為領養的孩子每個月從政府領1萬3的錢，這樣的租客靠譜麽？
