租客搬走後刷牆能從押金裏扣嗎

想問問各位，租客搬走後，新的租客希望把牆刷一遍，我去年剛刷的牆，看著也很幹淨，打算請人刷牆，請問這個費用能從押金裏扣嗎，另外租客在牆上到處釘釘子，弄出很多洞來，也需要修補一下，這個應該能扣吧，打算請人來徹底搞一遍衛生，留收據，
