請問加州liquefaction zone 很普遍嚴重麽？

"this report will tell you if the home is located in any special hazards zone.  For example, liquefaction (landfill), flood, and landslide zones.  All of SF is in an earthquake, or "ground shaking hayward" zone.  In this case, this building is in a liquefaction zone. "
