新手請教打廣告

請問大家都在什麽地方打廣告? 有好區一些公寓出租，租金低於市場價，希望濾掉不好的房客。

另外要求房客必須有》670的信用分，沒有晚交房租，Eviction和破產記錄，是不是個好主意？
