你們發現在Fidelity 買 T-bill有問題嗎？

買T-bill, Fidelity在拍賣結束日就把錢從你的賬戶轉走，如果是auto roll, 也會在這一天從你賬戶裏轉走錢，等到issue date 再把錢轉回來。Fidelity用這樣的方式控製客戶的資金合理嗎？
