Section 8的SIDE DEAL 的UPDATE：多收了三五鬥。。如何最大限度的拿到租金。

昨天發帖問了一下那個差價問題。

就是我要的房租比HOUSING approved高。這種情況下，即便租戶願意自己補差價，你也不能租。

解決問題的辦法就是：

把車庫租出去。

其實，我連車庫都沒有的。。 準備把後院清理出一個車位的地方，鋪點石頭，可以停車。

有相同情況的地主，可以試一試。

先寫信給HOUSING說明情況。參考我的wording。你看，我沒有車庫，我隻說了parking space。。

I have an off street parking space. The tenant intends to rent it for $250 and she agreed to pay from her own pocket. Can I add it as an addendum in the lease or should I have a separate contract?

今早，Housing 回答了。同意了。

Good morning,

      Ok that is just fine.  We will need you to re-fill out page one of the attached RFTA form so we may proceed.

You may address the parking in an addendum as you can charge or additional fees for parking as long as it is specifically defined in the lease.
