如果是你，你會怎麽投資？

一套舊金山灣區的出租房，租金$5500，剛好打平，沒有現金流。如果賣掉可以做1031換外州的幾套房子，租金能到一萬五以上，有現金流，但是會犧牲掉加州的低稅收優惠，因為我是很早以前買的房子。
