緊急請教地板滲水問題

我有個townhouse有HOA，最近發現一樓地板滲水，特別是連續下雨後，查了好多次，不是水管漏水，應該是地下水滲上來的，離房子7-8米之外有個pond，請問這個情況怎麽修？應該歸物業負責嗎？房子是2005年建的。
