大家給排個序吧：

小白玉學區房出租  3000美刀

1.  醫生，單收入，每月30，000，score 765，兩個小孩，從外州relocate，以前是自住房

2.  大公司auditor （director），單收入，每月13，000，score 600，三個小孩，從外州relocate，以前一直是租房；

600score 是因為unexpected pregnancy，同時最大的小孩12歲是special kid， smart 但是要上私校 ， 現在準備上好學區公校） 老婆同時在學校讀master，年底畢業找工作後會是double income

3. local 的，女的單身帶三個小孩，男的是boyfriend。 兩個都是護士。score 600，女的號稱有每月8000，男的隻有5500.
