有一個買家要買我的康鬥。問題是整個樓需要修理，費用估價15萬，6個家庭支付，但最後多少不清楚，association
還沒決定。所以買家要一個escrow, 我存入4萬，多退少補，Settlement一個月後結清 ，我沒意見。但還有一個尾巴：Indemnification:
The Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Buyer, their agents, successors, and assigns from any claims,
damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the HOA's recent special assessment, including but not limited to
costs incurred, fines, and legal fees.  This Indemnification is effective for sixty (60) days following settlement. 這會?????問題嗎？謝謝
